We use only the finest vegan, cruelty-free, and sulfate-free hair products! This is an appointment-only based atmosphere, as each stylist is independent. Please call your stylist personally or book online for an appointment using each stylists different booking tabs.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not come into the salon. The health and safety of our stylists and guests are priority. Call promptly to reschedule your appointment. Please check in on your own stylist’s personal cancellation policy, as all stylists are independent and have their own set of rules.
We are a child-free atmosphere unless the child is receiving an appt accompanied by a guardian.

As a 4th generation Olympian, long-time cosmetologist, and closet interior design junkie, I saw a gap in our city where we were lacking a premier and modern atelier that gives you all the Urban City vibes while wrapping you in casual elegance and elevated minimalism. Enter Urban Parlor on Capitol. I’ve owned a few versions of this little labor of love, and have to say this one is a favorite. I couldn’t have done it without the consistent support of my amazing husband, family & friends.
I specialize in cozy, lived-in blondes & dimensional brunettes. With the use of modern foiling, Balayage & highlighting/lowlighting techniques, I’m able to curate effortless & seamless results for my guests. As for my lash extension girlies, I’m able to customize each guest’s outcome with premium product and industry knowledge of the lash curl shape and sizing to give you either a bold or classic set. Whichever service brings you in, I’m happy to have you in my chair!

27 years young, acquired my degree in business administration after high school, but always felt my core being pulled closer to hair artistry, so I made it my focus. I LOVE what I do, and the creative outlet it gives me. Your hair is my canvas! I have found my niche with Modern blonding, lived-in color, and textured cuts. I strive to make everyone feel confident and oh-so-beautiful when they leave my chair. I made a vow to myself when I became a hairdresser - to make sure everyone who sits in my chair feels heard. Communication and trust are so important, we all just want our hair to look good! When I'm not in the salon slaying your hair, you can find me out in the mountains with my dog, hiking, exploring, and submersing myself in the beautiful PNW nature-scape.

Hi Hi! I’m Kylee! After spending the last five years as a hairstylist in Portland, OR, I’ve decided to make my way back to my hometown of Olympia, WA. I specialize in luxury lived-in blonding, balayage, dimensional brunettes, coppers, and reds. Haircutting is also my jam, especially when it comes to modern bobs and layered cuts. I have wanted to be a hairstylist ever since I was a little girl, so I truly get to live out my dream of doing hair and making people feel beautiful.
Outside of the salon, you’ll find me at the barn riding my horse, being a dog and cat mom to 2 Frenchies and 2 Siamese kitties (obviously an animal lover), trying new coffee shops, restaurants, and traveling!

We use a customized niche’ selection of sulfate, cruelty, & paraben-free products which includes being a stockist for the high-end hair line Mr. Smith.
As for lash extension appointments, the Sugarlash Pro brand is applied.
